Winston is from Upper East Tennessee, in the Tri-Cities Area. He has lived here all of his life except for a brief few years where he lived in Florida, North Carolina, and Massachusetts while his father Winston Oxendine Sr. served in the Marine Corp. He has been running Oxendine Marketing for 5 years and helps businesses and racing teams with SWAG (Promotional Products), Social Media Content, Social Media Management, Targeted Marketing, and MORE!
Winston started collaborating with Peoples International Racing following a chance encounter with Alex Stagliano during the Bristol Spring Race, many years ago. He has a love for the track and has grown on him so much more over the years of working with PIR.
